Warm gestures like wine and snacks made my stay delightful! The breakfast was fresh and exceptional. David and Shona's hospitality truly created a welcoming atmosphere.

Had a fab time with friends! The place had a loving family feel, and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed the nearby golf courses like Belleisle, Lochgreen, and Darley, all in a few miles. Plus, we were able to catch the Scottish Grand National and Ayr Gold Cup. Definitely recommend this spot!

The only slight downside was that the stairs were a bit challenging, especially the last narrow two flights, but it did add a bit of humor to our stay.

Bright, nicely decorated room with a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast made fresh to order. While parking out front was a bit tight, there was ample street parking nearby. I found the noise from traffic noticeable at times, especially at the front, but it quieted down overnight. a pleasant stay with thoughtful touches from the owners.

the beechwood is just a short walk from the railway station, which is super convenient for trips to glasgow. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection including freshly cooked options that really hit the spot.
